Directions

The Bluegrass for the Greenbelt benefit concert for Greenbelt Alliance will take place at the beautiful outdoor park, Dunsmuir-Hellman Historic Estate, 2960 Peralta Oaks Court in Oakland.

The Dunsmuir estate is accessible by AC Transit, bike, or car.

Enter the festival at the Peralta Gate.

AC Transit
Bus #45/Foothill Square and #57/Foothill Square stop near Dunsmuir. Walk or bike up 106th Ave and turn right onto Peralta Oaks Blvd., following the signs to Dunsmuir.

Greenbelt Alliance will provide bicycle parking on the Dunsmuir grounds.

Directions from San Leandro BART faregate exit:

  • left on the sidewalk past the first BART parking lot to West Estudillo Ave
  • right on West Estudillo Ave across San Leandro Blvd
  • continue past Hays on connecting path through shopping center
  • continue past E14th on Estudillo Ave bike lanes
  • left on Grand Ave
  • continue as Grand becomes MacArthur Blvd
  • right on Foothill Blvd
  • right under I-580 on 106th Ave
  • right on Peralta Oaks Ct
  • left at EBRPD on Peralta Oaks Ct to Dunsmuir house
