Greenbelt Alliance will hold its annual Bluegrass
for the Greenbelt benefit concert on the rolling
lawns of the Dunsmuir-Hellman Historic Estate.
Oakland's Dunsmuir-Hellman Historic Estate was built in 1899 and features a
37-room Neoclassical Revival mansion on 50 acres of urban
park land.
