The National American Planning Association (APA) Conference will be held in San Francisco next year, March 19-23, 2005. Conference organizers anticipate more than 7,000 attendees, including elected officials, planning commissioners, planners and planning students.

The annual conference provides an opportunity for those in the land use planning world a chance to learn about and share new initiatives, information and technology related to planning issues. The conference is also an opportunity for San Francisco to show off its innovative ideas, projects, successes and challenges.
